In the days following the tragedy of the Boston Marathon, many people have said they would like to dedicate a run or race to the victims.  I suggest a more direct and concrete way of helping them; please consider a donation to this fund: 

Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and Boston Mayor Tom Menino have announced the formation of The One Fund Boston, Inc. to help the people most affected by the tragic events that occurred in Boston on April 15, 2013.

Full Coaching for athletes in the Washington DC area. All of the above, plus a weekly workout together including speedwork, drills, and strength training. 5. Individual track sessions.
