I used the 21 week training schedule and it helped me achieve a 3hr 27min Marathon in Singapore on the 2nd of Dec 2012.
For years, I had been stuck at the 3hr 45min to 3hr 46min mark and on the 2nd of Dec, I finally made a breakthrough and reached a new high.
Although, there have been certain periods where I was not able to strictly follow the plan, I tried my best and it delivered.
Thanks again and hope to read more books authored by you.
I will follow the plan next year with more dedication and hope to cross over to another personal best.
