Jeff is available for group, one-on-one, and virtual coaching. Options include: 1. Basic Training Plan. This includes a customized training schedule geared towards a goal race, with a detailed running schedule that would include all distances and target times for each workout, including speedwork, tempo, and endurance sessions. 2. Complete Fitness and Race Plan. This includes the plan listed above, plus the non-running workouts and drills that runners need for better overall fitness and performance. One word “Greed!” that’s why our group of runners from California would rather run Big Sur with the beautiful pacific coast and it’s fresh air, the blue pacific on our left and the green Costal Redwoods on our right…running nirvana!!

Mary can have her urban concrete jungle runs with hoards of runners along with her $255.00 entry fees!

    Thank you,

Thanks for your message, Terry. I get what you mean; I’ve run Big Sur, and I’ve loved it. Despite being a famous race, itstill manages to have a small-club feel to it. I do love the NYC Marathon, but I feel it’s probably better suited as a bucket-list item at this point than an annual ritual for most runners.
